I thought I was increasing slowly enough--I started with 1/2 teaspoon once a day, and inceased each time by 1/4 until about 2 teaspoons, when I realized that maybe splitting up the daily dose by taking it 2 times a day would be better. I decreased the water proportionately starting yesterday, and I think I'll take your suggestion about decreasing the powder also. Moon Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
