Yeah, I am quite confused about his response to my medical history. He says also that the pain I descibe upon eating gluten is similar IBS symptoms. He also had some concerns that my reactions were always 24hrs after I ate gluten, rather than the typical 20-30 minutes. However, he did do the gene test, that is still pending.
