Try doing a search for this and lots of posts will come up. This is not a cure nor a treatment for IBS. It is a treatment for SIBO (bacterial overgrowth). You can be tested for SIBO and then if you have it, this antibiotic may help. It helps for traveller's diarrhea since this is caused by a bacteria. If you have IBS and not SIBO, then it most likely won't help, and may make things worse.
