Jeio...I am very sorry. My post must have come off as sounding offensive but I didn't mean it that way at all. I thought you might want to use a full egg in a recipe to help with taste or increase your protein...yes...nothing wrong with that...you're just trying to make an informed decision. That's why I ask so many questions too...because the knowledge is giving me more control and power over my IBS. I made those two points about what I thought your intentions might be so that I could address them separately. You are certainly entitled to inquire about anything and everything. That's what these boards are for. I didn't think that you were encouraging anyone to eat whole eggs...I just wanted to caution that everyone is different and while stabalizing they should be avoided and afterward, if decided, eaten with caution and SF and not the way I had been doing it pre-Heather as I described. Anyhow, I'm sorry if you got the wrong impression. I was trying to help.
