Eggs - why are they triggers?

I was wondering, why do we avoid eggs?

The fat content of one egg is 5g of fat, which is yes, a lot (if you intend on eating it whole), but in a bread/cake it's much less concentrated...

Is there something else that triggers IBS other than the fat in the egg? There must be, but what is it?

Thanks
