A probiotic whether it's primal defense or a different brand may take more than a week to initially clean out the bad bacteria. I would stick with the Primal defense for at least 2 or 3 more weeks before switching, but that's only my opinion, you have to listen to your body. Is it possible anxiety is playing a part in this and making you go more?
