I'm up to almost 3 teaspoons per day. Very little gas and bloating anymore, which is great!! BMs are still a little loose and messy, but I know that's due to the NC. I think once I reduce that more, it will help. I'm going to try only taking 2 teaspoons of NC tonight and see what happens in the morning!
I just don't think I could eat MORE each day than I already do! If I ate more SF, I'd have to decrease IF so as to not increase my calorie intake. I'd much rather just decrease the NC and see if that helps.
