How long have you been taking the acacia? I've been taking it for about 3 weeks now and I just increased it to 2.5 teaspoons per day.
I agree you have a lot going on all at once for a beginner. Any probiotic has the potential to make you feel that way because it is cleaning out the bad bacteria in your gut. A digestive enzyme might also cause the same symptoms depending on your system. I've heard some people do very well on them and others don't. For a few days try only taking the acacia so your system can settle down a bit. Then add either the digestive enzyme or the probiotics. Over a couple of weeks see how your body reacts to it. If you feel fine, then add in the other. Don't be discouraged about the probiotic, it can take up to 2 months to really feel a difference in you ibs.
