Yup, I see what you're saying. One egg white is 1/8 cup All Whites or 1/8 cup Egg Beaters.

There is (are?) also dried egg whites. I keep them on hand for recipes like Heather's Pumpkin Apple Spice Bread that call for lots and lots of egg whites. I do half from eggs and half dried. I've never done the math to see how the dried stack up price-wise but they're great to have on hand since it means I never run out of whites.
