I used the conversion chart on the container when substituting for an egg(s). I think where I got confused was when I was making Heather's bread recipes (ie., banana bread) and it calls for let's say 3 egg whites. Then I was thinking, "Is that 3/4 cup of allwhites?" See what I'm saying...because a regular recipe would be including the moisture of the yolk whereas Heather's wouldn't be. Anyhow, I could save myself the trouble completely if I do what you're saying and just throw out the yolk...wow...cheaper?? That actually would probably work well for me (aside from my laziness in dividing the egg and the fact that I have no clue where my divider is) because I always have eggs in the house for my kids and husband and I was finding that the Eggbeaters/whites were going bad since I don't cook too often and I'm not so fond of trying them plain. Thanks.
