Maybe I should be posting this on the recipe board...I'm not sure...but I was wondering in general which you all find preferable to use: Eggbeaters or All Whites. I have been buying both and interchanging. I'm not sure which is better for cooking in recipes (ie. bread) and which is preferable for eating straight like in an omelet (haven't tried yet). It seems like the things I've made so far haven't come out so great...kind of like cardboard...so I need to keep working on it and I'm thinking I might have measured the egg substitutes incorrectly. Does anyone buy regular eggs and just throw out the yolks? Seems like that would be a waste and I like the convenience of the cartons.
