Immediate reaction to FIBER . Continue.?.....       10/23/06 04:56 AM Edit Reply Quote Joannelcoq Reged: 10/16/06 Posts: 261 Loc: Long Island, NY My MD recommended Equalactin or Benefiber. I took one dose of the Equalactin and within 2 hours the D started. Im afraid to continue. Does my body have to get used to it? Do I stick it out with a few doses? I noticed Citrucel gives me gas and gets me uncomfortbley bloated so my next step is to try the Benefiber but arent they basically the same thing? I get uncomfortably bloated and gassy after every meal anyway. I am so confused and tired of this IBS D thing. Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
