I don't get bad ibs symptoms but they are very bothersome. Today I heard a noise on my lower left side then right after just around the corner a tiny bit on my left lower back I felt like this spasm or some back pain.I can't decribe how it felt but I slouched over for like 2 seconds, grabbed my side and thought-what was that? Its happened a few times before. What is it?!
