Does anyone else get a coated tongue (like when you have a cold) when they have a flare up? I always seem to. I've been really gassy and just generally uncomfortable for the last few days (I think I've just discovered that cabbage is a problem for me, or maybe dried apricots ), and sure enough, my tongue is looking kind of white.
