Makes me think that maybe I should go back to trying the pepto daily too...but even though I'm primarily D, I do have bouts of C too, especially after taking immodium or something so that's why I didn't want to go that route. If I'm correct, I believe you are the person who posted a long time ago about drinking lots of coffee and your switch to Soyfee. If you are, THANKS SO MUCH!! I have given up my daily cup (I'm still resenting it ) and except for the headaches at first and the psycological part of knowing it's not "real" coffee, I actually enjoy it and mix my Acacia inside. It seems that you may have lots of that Gerd from being a heavy coffee drinker (if that was you I read about)...I took Nexium for almost a year and I feel much better now. I also try to eat smaller portions. I've been known to "eat like a man" as my dad used to say...even when I was a kid...very ladylike, right? Well, anyway, I'll update the board on what my GI says. Fell better.
