probiotics...what kind and how much       10/11/06 10:01 AM Edit Reply Quote line415 Reged: 09/09/06 Posts: 976 Loc: New Jersey I keep reading all the different posts regarding probiotics and I'm confused about what I should take and how much. I was taking Acidopphilis but there are so many different ones out there. Is is necessary to take a few of each different kind to distribute different "good bacteria" and also how much should be taken for IBS sufferers? I saw that one person took 3/day. I haven't seen too much difference with the ones I've tried but I'd like to know if they really help other people. Maybe I need to take more.
