acacia is a soluble fiber supplement, which helps bulk up your stool. If you've increased your acacia, but not changed anything else in your diet, that's exactly why you have C. The purpose of the SFS is to allow you to increase the amount of IF you eat. It's the IF that helps you "go". So, if you're constipated, you're not getting enough IF. IBS-Cers tend to need higher doses of acacia than IBS-Ders because we need to consume more IF. So, try upping your IF intake and see if that helps. Does that make any sense?
