Great! When I make smoothies, I just use 1 banana, some vanilla rice milk, and some type of IF fruit. This time of year I'm having to resort to frozen fruits like strawberries, blueberries, etc. I don't bother to measure anything, just pour it all in, blend it up, and go!
The book I get all my soup recipes from is called "La Dolce Vegan!" if you're curious... It has a TON of yummy dairy free recipes! I'll put that on my list for the weekend...
