i can't tell if its Chronic c or IBS-C

I get alternating stuff like the mushy and sometimes as hard as rocks. Sometimes hard and some mushy. I went to the doctor because of spasms but i only get those sometimes. I also seem to eat pretty much whatever I want. Only sometimes something bothers me. Sometimes regular milk does or sometimes string cheese, dairy, but i ate like 4 string cheeses in a row yesterday.Not just dairy, other thins have bothered me too. I seem to be in the middle of cc and IBS-C. Twice last week I had 2 good bms, they looked weird though, small and large ones all stuck together in a pile. Since then i've been really constipated and have had some stomach pain and gas. What one does it sound like?
