I have been newly diagnoised with IBS-C. In answer to your question about Miralax, I take a cap full in 8 oz of water every night for C. I have a BM evry morning now. I drink lots of water all day long. I have been following Heather's Diet for a Month & a half now. I have some "good" days & "bad" days as far as the pain. Everyday is different.
