I need some advice, for the past 2 weeks my my IBS has flaired up, i just seen the doctor and well he didnt really help unless I go see a Gastro. But anything I eat or drink, weather its bland rice or mint, everything causes my stomach to hurt. My tummy is so swollen and im really hungry. I can not even workout.
