I was IBS C for 18 years, took miralax daily. This past winter/spring, I went from C to complete D. I'm talking high velocity D sometimes up to 20 times a day. I have some auto immune problems as well and they are trying to rule out crohn's right now but they can't figure out exactly why I went from one extreme to the other. Imodium works when you have to be out and about and stock up on the baby wipes!
