Heather!!! Fiber content in quinoa?! One table I found on the internet said about 5 grams per 100 grams. But when I went to buy some all the boxes I found at the store claimed that the fiber content was between 13 and 15.5 grams per 100 grams AND that the serving size was 100 grams... This seems like a whole lot of fiber - especially if it's supposed to be mainly soluble. And if the fiber content is that high, should I start with a small serving to get used to the high fiber level in much the same way as what's recommended with SFS? What's the deal here?
