I"m also MSG-free, soy-free, dairy-free and as of late... red meat-free! So, yes, I believe trying gluten-free is worth a shot. I don't remember the name of the white rice bread - it's in the refrigerator section near the Ezekiel bread. There are two I use - one is Wheat-free/Yeast-free which has no flavor or texture whatsoever and one says "Fruit-Juice Sweetened" on the label.
