Thanks for taking the time to type this out. I'm a bit confused about a few of the things, though. When you say you have prunes in the flax seed and also with the cereal...do you mean you eat a total of 6 prunes? Or just the 3? What brand and size? Mini dry?
Do you eat lunch? Or just snack?
For dinner, do you eat Amy's lentil soup? You eat that and then eat more beans with the fish and rice? Do you eat any veggies?
