Is Parkay Spread Light ok to use on toast etc.       09/12/06 06:04 AM Edit Reply Quote Springtime09 Reged: 07/30/06 Posts: 185 Loc: East Coast I saw some "Parkay Spread Light" in the butter section of the grocery store. Is it ok for us that have IBS to use this? I have tried several other kinds and am not sure which would be the best one. This one seemed to have less saturated fat than some of the others.
