I have suffered from chronic chest pain for 5 years and the doctors don't know what it is, i have been diagnosed with GERD,and non-ulcerative dyspepsia, which can all be related to IBS. So i must have IBS. I also have anxiety which makes it worst. Does anyone else have this problem, it seems to be cyclicle and this week i have been in so much pain. Sharp jabbing, pressure, squeezing of my ribcage and shooting pains. I figured i will try and eat thigns that are least likely to affect it well it is so bad does anyone know what is wrong with me and what should i eat to feel better? Thanks so much!!!!
