Diet & Blood types       09/05/06 03:50 PM Edit Reply Quote Karen A Reged: 09/05/06 Posts: 2 I would like to know if any one else has done research about a diet that is specific to your blood type. According to what I've read from one particular author, some of the IBS diet things are harmful for my blood type (B) and some of the things I wouldn't think of eating because I've been trying to follow the IBS diet are recommended.Any help or suggestions on this would be greatly appreciated.
