meats       09/04/06 04:52 PM Edit Reply Quote Unregistered Are any meats ok for ibs, if i 'm not eating meat i 'm eating a bunch of fruits and vegtables, rice, well if seafood is ok, well i can't afford lobster. I would be eating all the time if all i was eating is fruits and vegtables, i workout and my metabolism is high. So you with ibs, i'm new and will change my diet some, but what do you eat all day?
