Heather or anyone...about fiber       11/20/03 03:21 AM Edit Reply Quote nurturingkneads Reged: 04/01/03 Posts: 370 Loc: NC,USA Ok...I need to know the best fiber to take...what has worked for everyone...I bought some benefiber and Im scared of it. I used to take metamucil and when i had a really bad time in 1996 with my nerves i quit taking it...I was scared of everything..even though I had taken it for a good while and it did help, but it bloated me. I stopped. I was wondering should i start off small doses and work up or just go with the normal dose from the get go.
