Re: Anyone tried the new formula Benefiber yet?       08/23/06 03:03 PM Edit Reply Quote Draupadi Reged: 07/16/05 Posts: 218 Loc: Santa Cruz, California I don't know if what I just started taking is the "new formula," but I just switched to the chewable Benefiber tablets (they're more convenient for me, since I spend a lot of time out with friends, or at my boyfriend's house) and they're working wonderfully so far! I noticed that "acacia" was listed as one of the ingredients, and that unlike most fiber supplements, it is truly 100% SF. I am more of an A who tends toward C, but I would still recommend trying it if you've had good results with Benefiber before.
