I spent time last week in the cereal aisle and baby aisle. There are really quite a few safe cereals. Even the ones that say whole grain can be safe since many are oats or corn and not wheat. All cheerios but yogurt ones are safe. All Cap'n Crunch. Toasted oatmeal by Quaker (honey nut) and many others- too many to list- are safe.
Also there are some things for babies that are safe. They have less additives and no HFCS. There are finger food snacks and cookies and the like that are expensive but safe.

IBS-A for 20 years with terrible bloating and gas. On the diet since April 2004. Remember this from Heather's information pages:
"You absolutely must eat insoluble fiber foods, and as much as safely possible, but within the IBS dietary guidelines. Treat insoluble fiber foods with suitable caution, and you'll be able to enjoy a wide variety of them, in very healthy quantities, without problem." Please eat IF foods!
