Re: What do you eat while at work?       08/19/06 11:38 AM Edit Reply Quote Betharoo Reged: 01/28/05 Posts: 815 Loc: Ontario, Canada I usually bring a safe sandwhich like turkey breast on white bread. I also bring lots of safe snacks to munch on throughout the day so my tummy is never empty. I drink room temp bottled water. Most of the time it is sandwhiches for me, the odd time I will bring leftover dinner, like chicken breast and rice. I also cook baby carrots and then chill them to eat them like a snack after my sandewhich.
