Re: Mornings worse?       08/07/06 11:14 AM Edit Reply Quote sophiejay Reged: 07/26/06 Posts: 74 Loc: England well what usually works for me unless i'm having a flare up is i eat about say twelve times a day, thats not twelve items of food but the amount of times i put something in my mouth chew and swallow and then stop eating. I found that if i eat around the same amount of times each day my bowles worked like clock work! I'm not sure if this is just my bodies way of working but thats how i try to make sure i am regular. Also maybe taking some of heathers tummy fibre might work well. I havnt enough money to get some yet but i'm saving up for some prehaps you could give that a try and let me know how it goes. Also if i feel like its not all out, i do a little light exercise, i know thats the last thing u want to do when you feel bloated, but i literally just walk up and down my stairs and that helps too.
