as mentioned, you can tolerate tomoatoes. I also use an IBS safe butter sub (Earth balance buttery spread) with soy parmesan and garlic salt. If you like shrimp, you can sautee a few and toss those on there as well. You can also make sauces out of tofu. Try searching on the recipe boards. I like to make "yolk-less" wide egg noodles and top them with a seafood medley (fish, shrimp, scallops...) and some lemon juice or honey, parsley, and garlic salt. Also very good if you add some cajun seasoning (if you can tolerate it - Tony's is a good one).
