Perfect for curbing those hard-to-fight cravings. And there a lot of other great recipes on this website! Many of them are not expensive at all(which will help w/your students' budget!) Also, I always try to fill up on IBS-safe foods before I go out anywhere, so I'm not tempted to eat something I'll regret later on.
