random attacks?       08/04/06 06:06 PM Edit Reply Quote Anna Soisson Reged: 07/10/06 Posts: 21 I've been using Heather's diet to stabilize my stomach as well as daily Citrucel. Most days I feel good but about once every 5 days or so I get an attack of cramps and diarrhea in the evening. When my IBS kicked up again a couple months ago, this wasn't happening and has only started in the past 4 weeks. I can't find any explanation because it's always after a safe meal and the same foods typically produce no problems.
