Any truth to this? I find with some fats, the trigger response is slowed or much less...as the "slow fats" are slower digesting and "hit" my system with less of a all at one time PUNCH so to speak. Anyone?

Fast Fats ? - Easy to eat too much/too quickly. Usually
melted or pour-able. Hard to
see once in food and hard to measure /
oily - more liquid. Promote stronger/faster
trigger response.
(low protein/more liquid/meltable)
Ex. liquid oils, butter - melted butter

Slow Fats ? - Harder to "pour on" too much, more visible in
foods - can be held/solid at room temperature.
Digest more slowly - seem to have a less
strong/sudden trigger response. (perhaps due
to the protein content?) Ex: cheese,
peanut butter & hard boiled eggs.

I'm not talking about eating a 1/2 cup of either one of these alone...I'm talking about eating a small amount of this after soluble fiber. The body responds differently to different "characteristic" of fats? Or no?

Anyone?
