Sometimes there's no explanation for attacks. Some can come out of the blue, with no warning, leaving you thinking "what the heck did I do wrong?". There are triggers other than food. For example - the heat and humidity affects a lot of IBSers. Also stress, that time of the month, inadequate sleep, etc. Keep adding in your fruits and veggies - remember to cook, peel, mash and puree. Make sure your carrots are very well cooked. Also, turn that breakfast banana into a yummy smoothie. Throw in the banana, some soy milk (1/2 cup), a touch of honey (1 tsp) and some frozen fruit (1/2 cup) (like strawberries) in the blender. A great way to start the day.
