That reminds me, I found Stevia at my local Fry's (Kroger's) grocery store, I didn't know it was safe for IBS but when I saw the Stevia, it kind of rang a bell like I'd heard it, rather read it being discussed. Which is better, the liquid Stevia or the powdered? Fry's carries both Stevia types and I will make a note of this for my next shopping trip. Thanks for the reminder. Thanks for any thoughts. I'll also try to remember to do a search for stevia tomorrow to see if I can locate any old threads. I'm beat tonight.
