Sorry to hear that the day before was so bad. But at least you know for a certain that you do have IBS, and it's not something else more serious. IBS is serious enough, but I think cancer or other life-threatening conditions would be worse. (I have a family history of cancer, a little worried but my Dr is pretty sure that's not going to be an issue.)
