I have a lot of trouble w/dairy, but my GI told me to drink that the day before my colonoscopy. I was worried about the effects dairy would have, so I looked up their website. It says it contains dairy but it's not listed on the ingredients, so usually that means there's not a lot of dairy in it. I've had other products that say the same thing & they haven't affected me.
