Well, so far an extra 5mins after the first 12mins is starting to show promises, the knife stuck in the center is coming out almost completely clean, but I'm paranoid, I hate mushy coffee cake. I like moist, not mushy, so in it went for another 3mins, which is the max amount of time the recipe calls for anyway. Wish me luck, hope I made it so it tastes good! I had to use real butter, so I guess the low-fat bisquick and the real butter cancelled each other out, lol. :P
