Hello:
My name is Ali and I have been suffering from IBS-Constipation since I was a teenager.
I have tried almost everything and nothing seems to work for me.
I have serious problems with the motility of my gut and I am always constipated for that reason I must take laxatives very often which I hate , I have changed my diet but I am still in pain all the time.
Could anybody tell me what I should do to feel better?
Is there any product that I can take to improve the motility of my gut and stop being constipated?
I would really appreciate your help I am desperate.

You can really increase the Fibercon dosage...
