Make sure you take it about the same time each day so it stays in your system. I wouldn't take the C alone. And I don't know about the B6. I take a multivitamin a couple times a day that has both of those in them and I take it with food. I don't think that you have to take the Glutamine w/ the other two. That is probably just their suggestion. I would start with the 500 mg caps once a day. I saw a change practically overnight. If there is no improvement after a week, go up to 2 500 mg caps. Beyond that, I would consult a doctor just to be safe.
