There's a Luna Bar review thread around here. Do a search or look back a few pages. It's surfaced again in the last week or so.
If you are not sensitive to inulin, most of them are safe. The Lemon Zest flavor does not sit well with me, but the rest I've tried have been great. I've been more of an A lately, and no problems here. 
They taste decent. I mean, it's not like a Snickers bar, but they are tasty for a quick breakfast, lunch or filling snack.
I will eat nearly any flavor for breakfast and there are a couple flavors I like to sneak into the movies for a snack.
The Peanut Butter Cookie variety tastes sort of like peanutty cardboard and I'm not real fond of the new Strawberries & Creme, but as for the rest, give 'em a try!
