I'm 25 and have just completed a two year marathon of medical tests, medications and alternative therapies to try and find relief from my IBS. I just ordered the hypnotherapy tapes and Acacia tummy fiber. Hoping to finally find relief from this awful pain. My life feels completely on hold and this is terrifying. I'm reading lots of helpful information on the message board but so many of these solutions have not worked for me. So glad to know there are others I can talk to!
