fiber supplement-is this ok?       06/24/06 07:33 PM Edit Reply Quote lissylou73 Reged: 06/20/06 Posts: 154 Loc: West Virginia (IBS G&P) Since I'm eliminating dairy from my diet, I figured I need a calcium supplement. I also know I need to take fiber, so I bought a bottle of Fiber Choice plus Calcium chewables. It says it is a soluble fiber. Are these ok?
