The idea is to base your meals on potatoes, rice, bread, and pasta and use those foods to incorporate in as much insoluble fiber as your body can tolerate and to take a soluble fiber supplement. I make things like steamed white rice with fish and add green veggies to it to add IF. I think that is what you were asking about. But if I'm wrong, I'll try again.
