Through blood work, it showed that I was intolerant to lettuce (main offender) pecans (second largest) mushrooms (third largest offender) then slight to cane sugar, chocolet (just shoot me!) green pepper, tuna, crab, corn gluten (whatever that is) oats, alfalfa, lactal bumin (another what is that?), also no dairy, no sodas, no artificial sweetners. If you combine that with Heather's list, there is almost nothing left! I was told eggs were not a problem and also to use butter, no margarine. If I do adhere to the list, things are better, but the attacks can come for no reason. The stress is about the brain tumor and not knowing how it's going to play out. The surgery is dangerous and will leave me deaf in one ear and no balance nerve on that side and if they touch my facial nerve, it will look like I've had a stroke! This is why I'm riddled with stress. I take and antidepressant and immodiam when I need it and valium when I need it for anxiety and/or panic attacks.
